Good job Dean on getting your 100 miles in.

Had a pretty good month in June. Didn't miss a training run all month and generally hit my plan paces for every run or very close anyway. Didn't get my goal of bettering my PR for the sprint tri, but did ok. The biggest accomplishment was to survive 2 falls, one running and one biking, plus a lawnmower attack on my ankle with a rock and yet still getting my runs in. Also, I did keep my streaking going and finished June with 181 days straight now. Really sad though that Hammergirl has taken a turn for the worse.

Marathons:Wineglass 10/1, LVM 11/12
1/2 Marathons: TBD
Other: MI Titanium Half Iron Tri 8/20
