September 2015

It's September, so it's time to get serious. Leon is going to run some super time somewhere Northwest, and the rest of us will probably pick upt the pace with the cooler weather. And hopefully lots of people will show up in Vegas, and that's only 2 months away!

RE: September 2015

Hello from Old Town San Diego. I decided this morning to run on the treadmill. Bad decision because I think It's not calculating the distance correctly since it says I went one mile in about one hour. So I got my Garmin and sprayed on the sunscreen and ran four miles outside around Old Town park.

RE: September 2015

Had laser surgery yesterday to clear up my eyes, right now it feels like I'm looking through the computer my vision is so weirdly sharp. This should wear off as my brain adjusts, but right now I'm just enjoying the ability to drive at night without being blinded.

How that affects my running we'll see, but should be able to be a little more flexible with my times since I don't have to be home before dark.
